With 15 years of construction experience behind us we have a knowledge of materials and craftmanship that can turn the ordinary into the extraordinary. Take King Albert Chambers in Hull, for example. A post WW1 building with some wonderful Flemish style architecture hidden under years of commercial neglect. Recognising the architectural potential coupled with its location in the heart of the city of Hull, our team stripped away the years of grime and with some tender loving care, restored the building to its former splendour while incorporating  some 21st century facilities. Such was the success that all 10 apartments were sold within a month of their release.
